Who We Are

MI Builders Limited was established in 2000 and since that time we have earned a reputation for delivering quality and value. We work in London and the Home Counties, undertaking projects of all sizes ranging from kitchen and bathroom refurbishments to larger projects including whole house conversions, extensions, basements and lofts.

We pride ourselves in carrying out our work in a professional way with enthusiasm, flexibility and attention to detail while keeping to programme and staying within budget.

What We Do

We carry out works for architects, developers and residential owners, either as main contractor or subcontractor.

Our projects range from small domestic works to large new build properties with basements. Our skilled craftsmen carry out all aspects of these works from the structure and foundations to roofing, fit out and decorative finishes.

Certification & quality assurance

All works are carried out in full compliance with the Building Regulations

Gas Safe - all our installations are checked and certified upon completion

NIC EIC - all electrical installations are carried out by our fully certified electricians.
